New Members of the Board

KC Trojans warmly welcomes three new Board Members:  Ronan Cahill (Director of Minor Soccer), Martin Cooke (Director of Major Fundraisers), and Nicole Miller (Director at Large).  All three bring unique skill sets which will help KC Trojans acheive its goal (excuse the pun!) of providing the best soccer experience in South Edmonton.

IT'S A GO!!!

Father Troy's dream of a home for KC Soccer has been achieved.

Our partnership with Southwest United as the Club Soccer tenants in the Multisport Tournament Recreation Site (MTRS) is proceeding very well. The MTRS located at 50th Street and Ellerslie Road on the old Strathcona Gun range is being developed to accommodate Nor Westers Rugby, Club Soccer, EMSA and one other tenant who are developing tournament grade facilities on land leased from the City of Edmonton.

The Club Soccer component is four full-sized professionally developed irrigated fields with space for one additional field or two U-12 sized fields, along with space for a clubhouse in the future. As of June the 7th the four main fields are seeded and are beginning to show green growth. The remaining space was seeded on June 5th. The contractor (Wilco) believes the four main fields will be usable by this fall. Also all the necessary infrastructure is there including acres of paved parking and some very impressive holding ponds for irrigation.

If you want further information or can help us with these fields, please contact the KC President.
